By accessing kaireonhealth.com or submitting a health assessment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Kaireon is a technology platform, not a medical practice. We facilitate access to independent licensed physicians and compounding pharmacies. Kaireon does not practice medicine, make clinical decisions, or dispense medications. All clinical decisions are made solely by the licensed provider assigned to your case.
Submission of a health assessment does not guarantee a prescription will be issued. The assigned physician retains sole clinical discretion to approve, modify, or decline any treatment request.
Medications fulfilled through our pharmacy partner are compounded medications prepared by a 503A-compliant pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drugs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
